Use on cleansed skin after toner and / or serums. Remove back side and place silk upper sheet and lower sheet on the face. After 20~30 minutes remove mask, pat excess amount of essence for absorption and, if your skin is dry, follow up with a moisturiser or sleeping pack to lock in all the goodness.
